From the outset, they have offered tremendous insight, even during the design element of construction, to assist the architect in the final plan design and blueprints.  Aside from a Project Manager, they had a design consultant and superintendent assigned to our project.  All three of these individuals were benchmark responsive to our questions and requests helping to facilitate the process of building to completion.  Often times they would reach out to us with suggestions and ways in which something could be made better and be more cost effective.  The quality of building products utilized and workmanship provided is second to none.  What is so remarkable about our experience with CS Thomas Construction is the fact that although they have many projects going at any given time. with the high level of attention given to us and our project, it seemed as though we were the only customers they were providing service to.

In closing, as I mentioned before, my recommendation is unconditional.  I simply cannot point to anything that could have been improved upon.  They have been outstanding in every way.  I believe CS Thomas Construction is a credit not only to the region they serve, but to the building industry as a whole.
