CS Thomas Construction
The very first question that is usually asked is "I have purchased a lot, so where do I go from here?" We listen to what the customer wants and needs in a home, and then we ask more specific questions about details and finishes. These questions formulate the overall budget and goals. Next we will recommend an architect we believe is the best fit for the project and work with the customer and architect to develop the plans.
This meeting introduces the client to their construction team, however that is not the sole purpose. We also relay pertinent information that has been discussed during plan development, and discuss important milestones in the project.
One of the most important visits during the construction is the "Pre-Mechanical Walk". During this walk-through, all mechanical locations are confirmed, along with cabinet layouts and final interior trim details. This allows the customer to make any changes or adjustments before construction continues.
CS Thomas Quality Walk Through
Once construction is completed, the CS Thomas staff will perform the company walk of the house, testing all the appliances and mechanics of the home, along with making sure the aesthetics of the house live up to the quality standards.
After the CS Thomas Quality Walk Through, we then invite the customer to come celebrate the completion of their home with us. We will walk them through the house, show them how to operate unique features of the home, provide them with an owner's manual, and correct any issues that might arise.
Post-Move in Follow-Up
We at CS Thomas stand behind our work long after construction is over. Our superintendents will check in with you 1-2 months after you move in to make sure all is well, and 10-11 months after you move in. We are in the Bluff every day, and we look forward to serving you.
